Hey! What’s up?
My name is Megan (or Meg!) I’m a lover of all things health and fitness. I teach POP Pilates, InsanityLIVE, and Zumba. This fall I’m headed to graduate school for Exercise Science! And OMG I am waaaay too excited about it.
I’m here to share my advice and experiences with developing sustainable healthy lifestyle habits, specifically as someone who was NOT born athletic and who had to struggle with weight loss and breaking unhealthy habits for many years. I’m here for ya!
